Sacred Symmetry's Services

All of our services may include hot stones, bamboo and salt blocks.  We may also incorporate various forms of cupping, infrared/red light therapy, and aromatherapy.  Expect stretching, breathwork coaching and mindfulness exercises to accompany your service as they help to add a deep sense of release, deepening our work on the table.  All of our body products are clean, vegan and designed to help facilitate better results.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage: Calm your senses and release stress with our soothing massage therapy. 60, 90 and 120 minute appointments are available. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage: Target deep-seated muscle tension and improve flexibility with our therapeutic massage treatment.  60, 90 and 120 minute appointments are available. 

 

Therapuetic Massage

Therapeutic Massage: Working on specific issues from previous injuries and/or new issues that your doctor or physical therapist oversee can speed up recovery time.  60, 90 and 120 minute appointments are available. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

We offer a variety of massage services including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapuetic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage,  Energy Healing, and Body Contouring. Each treatment is personalized to meet your unique needs.

Yes, I am a licensed professional with extensive experience in the field of massage therapy. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality care for my clients.

What makes your service unique?

I create a harmonious union of complementary touch modalities, wellness technologies, energy work techniques, and spa rituals in my practice. 

Expect a combination of Swedish with hot stones and bamboo, if necessary, I will incorporate some deep tissue and/or stretching.  There will probably be some red light therapy with NIR heat and perhaps medi-cupping techniques.  Count on there being aromatherapy, coached breathwork and monaural beats.
